MEREDITH REYNOLDS

Meredith Reynolds has over 25 years of experience leading both public and private organizations through periods of institutional change. She served for twelve years on the Governing Board of the La Canada Unified School District where she led multiple successful bond campaigns and later the oversight of $25 million of school construction. Among the projects was a joint use library built on the high school campus open in evenings for community use with capital and operating costs shared by the state, the school district and the city.

Earlier, Meredith led the transition of the La Canada Flintridge Educational Foundation from a short-term solution to the passage of Proposition 13 to a long-term (now in existence over 30 years) solution raising in excess of $1million annually for the benefit of the public schools in La Canada.

Currently working in the private sector, Meredith is responsible for the nationwide marketing to public and private schools of an innovative on-line college counseling service. Prior to Meredith’s joining the company, the service was available for purchase by individual subscribers only.

Practicing law in Pennsylvania and California, Meredith has advised management of private companies, school districts, community college districts and municipal governments in all areas of their operations. Her primary area of legal expertise is human resources and labor relations.
