What you don’t know about yourself often controls your life.  This is especially true of  those in leadership positions.

Most of us are to some degree unconcious.  We are often unaware of habits, beliefs and attitudes that lurk just outside our conciousness.  It is these unkown aspects of self that often control our behaviors.  The degree to which we know ourselves is the degree to which we control our lives.

Using personality assessments such as the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and our personally designed coaching model, we guide you a process of self-discovery that will impact your personal and professional lives.
